The bride disappeared from the wedding ceremony in Chilmari!

A bride named Mumu Akhter (18) has disappeared from a wedding ceremony in Chilmari, Kurigram. This sensational incident took place in Putimari Hatithana area of the upazila on Monday night.
Local reserved women member deleted: Aduri Begum confirmed the matter. He said that there was noise in the area in this incident.
It is known from the groom sources that 10 days ago, Tarikul Islam, son of deceased Ranju Mia of Patrakhata area of Ramna Model Union of the upazila, and Mumu Akhter, daughter of Maju Mia of Putimari Hatithana area, were decided by the family. According to the wedding date, on Monday (August 26), the groom's party comes to the bride's house to complete the wedding. The groom's people are also allowed to entertain at the bride's house. In the meantime, Mumu Akhtar disappeared with the bride. When the news spread, there was panic in the area. Later the groom and his people returned home without the bride.
Chilmari Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Pran Krishna Debnath said that no one has complained about the matter yet. Complaints will be investigated.
