One person died due to lightning in Chapainawabganj

Sairul Islam (17), son of deceased Amirul of Phulbari village, Fatepur Union, Nachol Upazila, Chapainawabganj, died on the spot at approximately 2.00 pm.
Fatepur UP member Md. Asim Uddin said that Md. Sairul Islam and Kasem Ali of the same village were grazing cows in a mango orchard next to Paharpur Momin Mor. When lightning struck, Sairul died on the spot.
