After 3 days of disappearance in Tangail, the body of the teenager was recovered from the river

Police recovered the body of a teenager named Jihad (15) from a pond three days after he went missing in Tangail's Kalihati.
The body was recovered from the abandoned boat behind the Elenga supermarket in the upazila around noon on Sunday (September 15).
The deceased teenager is the son of Tula Mia of Chenchua village in Elenga Municipality.
According to locals and police, Jihad was missing for three days. Today, an employee of the market found Jihad's body when he went back to urinate at around 12 noon. After telling other people in the market, they informed the police. Later the body was recovered by the police.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kalihati Police Station Abul Kalam Bhuiyan said, after receiving information, the body of the teenager was recovered from an abandoned boat. The body has been sent to Tangail General Hospital morgue for post-mortem. Legal action is under process in this incident. After the investigation, the real secret will be known.
