On Sunday (October 6), BNP's legal affairs secretary, Barrister Kaiser Kamal, said in response to reporters' questions at the Supreme Court Bar Bhavan that BNP's Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman respects the law and the court. So all his cases will be dealt with legally.
He also said that Tariq Rahman is the most popular leader of the country. He will return home in due course.
Kaiser Kamal said, BNP has demanded to the Chief Adviser on Saturday (October 5) to take action against the judges of the High Court who are accused of politicization. We as lawyers as legal people agree with this claim.
He also said that the judiciary cannot work to implement the political agenda of any party. Hopefully the authorities will take appropriate action against the judges who have broken the code of conduct.
