Mandatory retirement of two police officers Monirul and Habib

The new head of the special branch of the police (SB) Additional IGP Md. Monirul Islam and newly appointed DMP Commissioner Habibur Rahman have been sent on compulsory retirement. These two officials were sent on compulsory retirement in two separate notifications of the Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday. It is said in the notification, BCS (police) cadre member attached to the police department Additional IGP Md. Monirul Islam was retired from service in the public interest as per the provisions of section 45 of the Public Service Act, Act No. 57 of 2018.
