Dr. The judgment to pay tax of 666 crores to Yunus is withdrawn

Nobel laureate economist Dr. A judge of the High Court felt embarrassed while writing the verdict in full that Muhammad Yunus should pay 666 crores to Grameen Kalyan. Later on August 4, the High Court revoked the verdict. The document was then sent to the Chief Justice.
It is known that on August 4, Justice Khurshid Alam Sarkar's High Court bench gave the judgment of payment of Tk 666 crore. So he cannot give this judgment. As per the rules, the Chief Justice will now appoint a new bench to hear it.
With that, on August 4, Dr. The High Court has dismissed the writ regarding the validity of the tax claim of 666 crores owed by the National Board of Revenue to Yunus.
Before this, on March 11, Dr. The Appellate Division directed the High Court to dispose of Muhammad Yunus' Gramin Kalyan tax claim of Rs 666 crore within three months.
