Will shoot 10 missiles if India's dam construction is completed: Pak Army Chief's warning

Pakistan Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir has visited the United States again in just two months. During the visit, he met with the country's political figures and high-ranking military officers. In the meantime, he gave a strong warning against India at an event organized in Tampa, Florida.
At that event, Asim Munir said, "We are a nuclear-powered country. If our existence is threatened and we go on the path of destruction, we will destroy half of the world with us." He indicated that if such a situation arises, a nuclear war could break out in South Asia.
These comments came in the context of the four-day conflict between India and Pakistan in May this year. Earlier, in April, 26 people were killed in an armed attack in Pahalgam in Indian-controlled Kashmir. Due to that incident, India terminated the Indus River Treaty and announced that Pakistan would no longer be given Indus water.
Asim Munir also said at the event, “We will wait for India to build a dam on the Indus River. When it is completed, we will destroy it with 10 missiles. The Indus River is not India’s family property. We have no shortage of missiles.”
According to the Indus River Treaty, signed in the 1960s with the help of the World Bank, Pakistan was given the right to use the water of three rivers originating from the Indus basin. But recent tensions have brought the treaty into fresh controversy.
