Dhallywood star Parimani is once again at the center of discussion. However, this time not because of the release of a movie or web series, but because of the news of an arrest warrant being issued in an old case on Sunday.

On Monday, Parimani surrendered in court and applied for bail, and the court granted her application. After receiving bail, she cried. She said, "I always had faith in the law. I had respect. I still have. I want to keep this faith until the end."

After the arrest warrant was issued, Parimani told the media on Sunday, "All my acquaintances and well-wishers are constantly calling me, asking about me. This is an additional pain for me. It is embarrassing. You can call it a nuisance. But there is nothing to fear here. I will deal with it legally. My lawyer will apply for bail."

On Monday, Parimani's lawyer applied for bail. Earlier, Parimani surrendered in court. After getting bail, she stood in court and said, “I will be grateful for the love everyone has given me since Sunday, I will be grateful for this love for the rest of my life. I am proud that I have received so much love. But I want to say one thing, I respect the law. I want to keep this belief till the end. I believe that I will get justice in the end. I really want to win with this love that everyone has given me.”

Speaking in court, Parimani further said, “Exactly two and a half years after the case I filed, he filed a counter-case, for which an arrest warrant was issued against me. I believed that I would face it. The way everyone gave me the courage, I got bail. I am getting everyone’s love. I am returning home with this love from everyone. May I return home with the final victory. Pray for me.”

Earlier, a case was filed against Parimoni on July 18, 2021, on charges of attempted murder, assault, vandalism and intimidation of Nasir Uddin Mahmud. Later, on August 4, RAB raided Parimoni's Banani residence and arrested her with foreign liquor. Parimoni was remanded for three seven-day remands in this case and questioned. Parimoni was released on bail on September 1, 2021. She was still crying while going live.
