Children were playing with cocktails, 2 were injured in the blast

In Rajshahi, two children were injured in an explosion while they were playing with cocktail balls lying in a garbage heap. Later the relatives rescued them and admitted them to Rajshahi Medical College (Ramek) Hospital. The incident took place in Tikapara area of the city on Monday (August 12) around 2 pm.
The injured are the son of Alamgir, a resident of Tikapara area. Abdullah (7) and Shaheen's son Saba (8). After receiving the news, BGB and army members arrived there. At this time, 8-10 fresh cocktails were recovered from there.
According to police and local sources, two children were injured in the explosion while playing with cocktails found in Tikapara area of the city. They were rescued and taken to the emergency department of Ramek Hospital, and the doctors on duty admitted them to ward number 9. Two children were playing in front of the house. At that time, while playing with a cocktail thinking that it was a ball, it exploded and they were both injured.
Locals say that the cocktails were left behind by someone. Later, the children fell victim to this accident while playing with balls.
In this regard, Rajshahi Metropolitan Police Additional Deputy Commissioner (Media) Jamirul Islam said, I have heard the matter. Two children were injured. Army, BGB are on the spot.
