Charge sheet in the name of two teenagers in the school girl suicide case

The police have filed a charge sheet against Anima Roy of Mistripara of Krishnanagar village of Jhikargacha upazila of Jessore for instigating suicide.
SI Mejbahur Rahman of Jhikargacha police station filed this charge sheet against the two juveniles in the court after the investigation.
The accused are Mehedi Hasan alias Tamim of Chandrapur village of the upazila and Shakib Uddin of Mubarakpur Hospital Road.
According to the details of the case, Anima Roy is a seventh grade student of BM High School in Jhikargacha. On March 23, 2023, he was returning home after coaching at school around 10 am. When he reached in front of the shop under construction of the school, Tamim and Shakib asked him to stand. But for not standing, Tamim grabbed her hand and pulled her.
Tamim and Shakib talk to him in foul language. After returning home, he entered his room without saying anything and closed the door. At that time his mother Kanika Roy was busy cooking. After a while, the girl called out and found no response, but the door of the room was closed. Later it is seen that he committed suicide by hanging himself.
In this incident, a case of wrongful death was registered at Jhikargacha police station. During the investigation, the police came to know Anima Roy's three girlfriends, Tamim and Sabik had humiliated her on the way back home. Because of this he committed suicide after returning home. After the investigation of the case, the police submitted this charge sheet to the court, accusing Tamim and Shakib of inciting suicide.
