Ronaldo on the verge of reaching the 1000 goal dream, how far is history?

Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has reached one of the rarest milestones in football history. The dream of 1000 career goals is no longer a fantasy, but is very close to reality. Even at the age of 41, his hunger to score goals has not diminished.
Ronaldo performed brilliantly in his last match for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League. He scored a brace in a 4-1 win over Damac, one of which was an eye-catching free-kick. With these two goals, his career total has reached 973.
