On Tuesday (November 5) afternoon, the swearing-in and membership (RUCON) conference was held at Panchagarh Chamber of Commerce and Industry auditorium organized by Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Panchagarh district branch.
At this time, the chief guest of the ceremony read the oath to the newly elected Amir of Panchagarh District Jamaat Prof. Mahbubur Rahman Belal, Central Working Council and team member of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Rangpur Dinajpur region. The newly elected District Amir was overcome with emotion and cried during the swearing-in as he got the responsibility of District Amir for the 2nd time.

There is no opportunity for the workers of the Islamic movement to avoid this responsibility. At the same time, he requested the prayers and cooperation of the Rukans to perform their duties properly.
Shura member in the Central Majlis of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and the newly elected Amir of Panchagarh District Jamaat Professor Md. Under the chairmanship of Iqbal Hossain, Sura member of Central Majlis and former Amir of Thakurgaon District Jamaat Maulana Md spoke as a special guest. Abdul Hakim.
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Central Shura Member Maulana Abdul Hakim, District Jamaat Naib Ameer Maulana Mofiz Uddin, District Secretary Maulana Delwar Hossain, District Education Secretary Shahid Al Islam and others were present in the event.
On October 24, the central organization of the Jamaat announced the names of district and metropolitan emirs for the term of 2025-26. Earlier, the Ruknas of Panchagarh formally exercised their franchise in a member conference.
