16 DIGs sent in charge of various police units

16 DIGs have been transferred to different important units of Bangladesh Police. According to the President's order today (Sunday), Deputy Secretary of Public Security Department (Police-1 Branch) of the Ministry of Home Affairs. They were transferred in a notification signed by Mahabur Rahman Sheikh.
The officials involved are - DIG A ZM Nafiul Islam of the special branch and DIG of the police headquarters Md. Nisharul Arif in Anti-Terrorism Unit, RAB Headquarters Additional Director General (DIG) Imtiaz Ahmed and SB DIG Md. Abdul Quduch Amin and DIG of Industrial Police Mohammad Abul Faiz have been transferred to Naval Police.
On the other hand, in this announcement SB DIG. Monirul Islam in Anti-Terrorism Unit, CID DIG AKM Nahidul Islam in Police Telecom, SBR Amena Begum as DIG Highway, SBR DIG Md. Monir Hossain in Shilpanchal Police, DIG of Shilpanchal Police. Azad Miyake Highway Police, SBI Md. Moniruzzaman in Rajshahi BPA Sarda, DIG of Highway Police. Jamil Hasan in Anti-Terrorism Unit, DIG of Metrorail. Mahbubur Rahman has been posted to Anti-Terrorism Unit, CID DIG Shyamal Kumar Nath has been posted at APBN HQ Dhaka, DMP Additional Commissioner SM Mostaq Ahmed Khan has been posted at APBN HQ Dhaka and PBI DIG Miraj Uddin Ahmed has been transferred as DIG Railway Police Dhaka.
It is mentioned in the notification that this order issued in public interest will be effective immediately.
