Obaidul Quader's corruption investigation application filed under section

A case has been filed against former Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, his wife Ishbatun Nesha Quader, brother Abdul Quader Mirza, Shahadat Quader Mirza under Section 27 of ACC Act 2004.
On Monday (October 14) the ACC chairman along with the lawyer Md. Sultan Mahmud filed this application. According to the petition, Obaidul Quader (former Minister of Road Transport and Bridges) acquired undeclared assets by abuse of power and his brothers Abdul Quader Mirza and Shahadat Quader Mirza acquired huge undeclared assets by abuse of power. Which exists in the country and abroad.
It is also said in the application, after the search of the assets outside the known income of the said persons, the ACC has filed a case under Section 27 of Act 20, after filing the charge sheet after the investigation, in order to establish justice, I am requesting to confiscate the assets outside the known income in favor of the state and give the maximum punishment.
