Daily Karatoa newspaper agent Mostafizur Rahman passed away

Mostafizur Rahman, Kurigram district agent of daily Karatoya newspaper, passed away at his home last Tuesday at 8:30 pm (Innalillahi wa inna Ilaihi Rajiun). Mostafizur Rahman is the third son of deceased Osman Ali Sarkar, former UP member of Minabazar area of Pandul Union of Ulipur Upazila. He was associated with the daily Karatoya for four long periods.
On Wednesday (September 11) at 10 a.m., his body was buried in the family graveyard after the Janaza prayers at the Minabazar Tanuram Eidgah grounds. He was 62 years old. He is survived by his wife, one son and one daughter.
Meanwhile, daily Kartowa editor Mozammel Haque, editorial council, Kurigram district representative Mizanur Rahman Mintu, upazila representatives and leaders of various political and social organizations have expressed deep sorrow and condolences to his family.
