BFF and BCB express deep shock over Milestone accident

The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have expressed deep shock and condolences over the crash of a Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft at Milestone School and College in the capital's Diabari area of Uttara.
BFF President Tabith Awal said in a condolence message, "We are deeply saddened and pained by the news of the tragic accident that took place at Milestone School in Uttara. In this moment of mourning, we express our deepest condolences and solidarity with all the family members of the deceased and injured and the members of the Bangladesh Air Force."
BFF also said that it is praying for the speedy recovery of those injured in this horrific incident and praying for the eternal peace of the souls of those who lost their lives.
In a separate condolence message, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) said—
“The Bangladesh Cricket Board expresses deep sorrow over the victims of the tragic plane crash near Milestone College in Dhaka. The BCB expresses its deepest condolences to the families of the victims. Our prayers are with all those injured in this heartbreaking incident.”
A Bangladesh Air Force training plane crashed into a building of Milestone School and College in Uttara, the capital, on Monday afternoon.
A fire broke out at the scene and smoke spread. Extreme panic spread among students, guardians and the general public. The fire service has confirmed multiple casualties so far.
The injured were quickly rescued and sent to various hospitals. At least 20 people, most of whom are students, are admitted to the National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute. Both the BFF and the BCB have called on all the people of the country, including the concerned authorities, to stand by the injured.
