Case against 8 teachers for employment on fake certificates

A case has been registered in the court on Wednesday (30th October) against eight people including seven teachers of Sharsha Upazila Chaltebaria RD Secondary School in Jessore. Alleged employment and support on fake certificates. The then chairman of Kaiba Union Parishad and joint secretary of Sharsha Upazila BNP Ruhul Quddus filed the case.
The accused are Chaulabaria RD Secondary School Principal Abdul Qayyum, Assistant Teacher Abul Kalam Azad, Assistant Teacher Saleha Khatun (Agriculture), Assistant Teacher Moushumi Khatun, Assistant Teacher Hasanuzzaman, Assistant Teacher Saleha Khatun (Computer), Assistant Teacher Idris Ali (BPed). And Kaiba Union Awami League President Hasan Firoz Ahmed Tinku. Senior Judicial Magistrate Rahmat Ali ordered the CID police to investigate the allegations and submit a report.
Ruhul Quddus mentioned in the case that he won the post of chairman in Kaiba Union Parishad election on August 8, 2011. After being elected, he visited Chaulabaria Rd Secondary School on July 8, 2015 as he belonged to his union. At that time, he found that the necessary certificates submitted by the said seven teachers at the time of appointment were completely fake. Given this
On July 13, he sent a legal notice to the accused teacher through a lawyer. Then, to save their jobs, the accused teachers-teachers resorted to Kayba Union Awami League President Hasan Firoz Ahmed Tinku. Following this, on July 20 of the same year at around 11 pm, Awami League leader Hasan Firoz Ahmed Tingku attacked the house of Ruhul Quddus on College Road in Baganchra with half a hundred terrorists. At that time Ruhul Quddus was threatened with a pistol on his chest not to exaggerate with fake certificates of teachers. Due to which Ruhul Quddus could not take any action against the accused teacher at that time.
