The life stories of Swapnil Barman, Swarnali Barman and Sejuti Barman - three sisters from Salandar village of Thakurgaon Sadar Upazila - seem to be woven together. Born on the same day, growing up together, and now appearing for the SSC exams on the same day - their story of togetherness has sparked local discussion.
According to family and local sources, these three sisters, born on September 15, 2009, have done everything together since childhood. They are the middle three of the five children of Thandaram Barman and Moyna Rani Sen. Their family consists of an elder sister and a younger brother.
Growing up in the same environment since childhood, their studies, sports and daily life are almost woven together. Starting from kindergarten, they studied together at the local Araji Krishnapur Government Primary School. Later, their educational life reached the secondary level by enrolling in Thakurgaon Government Girls' High School.
All three are studying in the science department, but their areas of interest are different. Swapnil is interested in biology and Bengali literature, Swarnali is interested in biology and chemistry, and Sejuti is most interested in biology.
Their interests outside of studies are also diverse. Although biryani is their favorite food, their other preferences differ. They are interested in reading books, especially novels and science fiction. They also enjoy singing patriotic songs and are also known as child artists listed in Betar's Thakurgaon center.
Their future dreams have also gone in different directions. Swapnil wants to become an administrative officer, Swarnali aims to become a doctor, and Sejuti wants to join the teaching profession.
Teachers and family say that growing up together makes it difficult to recognize them at times. The same clothes and the same routine have become a part of their lives.
Mother Moyna Rani Sen said that it was not easy to raise them after the three children were born together, but now the dream of their success brings the most joy to the family. Father Thandaram Barman also said that he is proud of the girls' achievements.
The three sisters have come together to ask for blessings from everyone before their exams. Their goal is to achieve good results and fulfill their family's dreams and move forward in life.
