Record temperature in Tetulia is 12.6 degrees Celsius

Tetulia in Panchagarh, the northernmost district of the country known as the daughter of the Himalayas, has been experiencing day and night temperature fluctuations for the past 10 days. Although it is hot during the day, it is quite cold at night.
In the past 10 days, the day temperature in this district fluctuated between 29 and 30 degrees Celsius at the highest, but the night temperature fluctuated between 14 and 16 degrees.
On Sunday (November 23), the temperature dropped by 2 degrees Celsius in a single jump. The minimum temperature was recorded at 9 am at 12.6 degrees Celsius.
At the same time, the humidity of the air was 76 percent. Due to this, light fog was seen until dawn. However, the sun peeked out as the day progressed.
Locals say that although it was bright and hot throughout the day, the temperature is decreasing at night.
Jitendranath Roy, officer-in-charge of the Tentulia Meteorological Observatory, said that the highest temperature recorded in Tetulia on Sunday (November 23) was 29 degrees Celsius. This decreased during the night and the record on Sunday morning was 12.6 degrees Celsius.
