Savar holds meeting to implement 31 points to reform state structure

A meeting was held in Savar at the initiative of BNP to implement 31 points to repair state structure. The meeting, organized by Ward No. 3 BNP of Dhamsona Union on Friday (November 7) afternoon, was attended by Dhaka District North Chhatra Dal President Mohammad Tamiz Uddin as the chief guest.
In addition to leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliated organizations, a large number of ordinary people from different classes and professions participated in the program. They unanimously pledged to make BNP's nominated candidate in Dhaka-19 constituency Dr. Dewan Mohammad Salauddin Babu win with a huge vote under the symbol of paddy sheaf.
Speaking as the chief guest at the meeting, Mohammad Tamiz Uddin said, "The implementation of 31 points to repair state structure is the need of the hour to overcome the current political crisis in the country. If we want to restore the people's voting rights and build a democratic Bangladesh, we have to unite. The victory of the paddy sheaf means the victory of the people."
He further said, “The young generation must take a leading role in restoring democracy, justice and people’s rights. Under the leadership of Tarique Rahman, we have taken an oath to build a new, justice-based Bangladesh.”
The speakers said that the people of Dhamsona will play an all-out role on behalf of the rice grains in this movement to restore democracy and reform the state structure. They said that this fight for change has now taken the form of a people’s movement and the people are the main force for this change.
