Awami League has given three special instructions to party leaders and workers. First, to keep a close watch on the post-violence situation in their respective areas, secondly, to keep themselves alert and thirdly, to identify their weaknesses and overcome them quickly.
The leaders of various levels of the Central Awami League have held meetings among themselves over the last few days regarding the violent situation. They analyzed the whole situation there. Besides, they are also discussing the extent of their own failure in this kind of sabotage. After the anti-quota movement turned into violence, various parts of the country including Dhaka were occupied by the agitators. Although the ruling Awami League has announced to deal with the agitators, they have not been seen in the field. In such a situation, the issue of organizational weakness of Awami League and its organizational structure comes to the fore. Therefore, the leaders are instructed to quickly overcome these weaknesses by identifying them. Meanwhile, General Secretary Obaidul Quader held a meeting with central leaders, associates and leaders of fraternal organizations at the central office of Awami League on Bangabandhu Avenue on Tuesday.
