OSD to the invigilator who makes obscene gestures in front of students

Abusing the students of the anti-discrimination movement, publicly showing open pant chains and obscene gestures, the 250-bed Bangmata Sheikh Fazilatunnessa Mujib General Hospital in Sirajganj, the supervisor Dr. Ratan Kumar Roy has been transferred as OSD to Directorate of Health. At the same time he has also been attached to Barisal Medical Assistant School (MATS).
This information was informed in a notification signed by Assistant Secretary (Par-2) MK Hasan Zahid of Health Services Department of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Tuesday (August 13).
According to the notification, the following officer has been transferred to the post next to the name in the BCS (Health) cadre. It is known that some of the aspirants complained to the local anti-discrimination movement students without getting the desired service after coming to the hospital on Sunday. Some of the protesting students and patient's relatives on Monday noon hospital supervisor Dr. Ratan made a verbal complaint to Kumar. Ratan Kumar got fired up after hearing the complaint. The complainant continued to abuse and behave obscenely in front of colleagues. At one point, in front of his colleagues, he opened his pant chain and started shouting at the students. When the video of his indecent behavior went viral on social media, the Deputy Commissioner Mir Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman informed the departmental officials of the Department of Health.
Meanwhile, the Director General of the Department of Health Professor Dr. Abul Bashar Md. Khurshid Alam said that a general diary is being recorded against him in the health department today. In the future, departmental cases will be filed as per employment rules and punishment regulations. After that, other measures will also be taken in phases.
