In the next week i.e. from August 4 to 10, expatriates sent four times more remittances than the first week. During the period under discussion, expatriates sent remittances of 387.1 million 20 thousand dollars.
Among the amount of remittances received in the country in 10 days, 4 crore 47 lakh 30 thousand dollars came through state-owned banks, 1 crore 6 million 10 thousand US dollars through a specialized bank, 42 ​​crore 8 lakh 80 thousand dollars came through private banks and 11 crore came through foreign banks. Remittance of 50 thousand US dollars.
