Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan's daughter, actress Suhana Khan, is embroiled in a new legal tangle. The matter came to light during the recent purchase of a land in Alibaug, Mumbai. It is learned that the value of this land is Rs 12.91 crore, which belongs to the administration and was originally reserved for agricultural use.
Suhana purchased this land from three sisters - Anjali, Rekha and Priya. However, there is a controversy over the ownership of the land. According to local sources, the sisters may have inherited this land from their parents. The administration has expressed doubts about the exact process by which the land came to Suhana's name.
It is learned that Suhana was shown as a farmer in the documents while purchasing the land. She has already paid stamp duty of Rs 77.46 crore. An investigation has already been started into this incident, and a report on the investigation will be published very soon.
It is worth noting that this is Suhana's first land purchase. Within a year of purchasing this land, he has purchased another property in Alibaug, which is worth about Rs 10 crore.
There has been no statement from Suhana or Shah Rukh Khan on this incident so far. Suhana was recently present with her family at the preview event of Aryan's 'Bads of Bollywood' series.
