Dhakai film's popular actress Dilara Hanif Purnima is back on screen, but this time in a different role. Although she has been absent from regular acting, she has newly come into the discussion as a judge on the cooking reality show 'Sera Radhuni'. Purnima has joined the judge's seat from the studio round in this event broadcast on Maasranga Television.
Although the 'Sera Radhuni' competition started a few months ago, Purnima is currently serving as one of the judges of the final round. Purnima is facing a new experience by joining the fight for excellence among the best culinary artists in the country. Expressing her feelings, Purnima said, "I have served as a judge on various shows before, but this is my first time working on a cooking show. The talent of the contestants here is truly inspiring. I hope many good culinary artists will emerge from here."
Although she is irregular in acting, Purnima's presence in showbiz is always discussed. She participates as a presenter in various social and cultural programs. Recently, glimpses of her acting have also been seen in some web content. In addition, she has maintained a strong presence in various television programs and media activities.
In her personal life, Purnima lives a very organized and tidy life. She is also very active on social media. Her numerous fans are constantly giving her love and support. The joint production film 'Moner Majhe Tumi' released in 2003 turned Purnima's career around. Then in 2006, her performance in the film 'Hridoyer Kotha' directed by SA Haque Alik brought her more popularity.
She has given hit films one after another by pairing with many of Dhallywood's top heroes including Riaz, Manna, Shakib Khan. The audience's love for Purnima remains unwavering despite the passage of time. Her beauty, personality and acting talent together have made her an eternal symbol of love in the hearts of the people of Bengal.
On the other hand, although there is a break in the news of acting, two films starring her, 'Gangchil' and 'Jam', are still under production. Although the work on these two films, directed by Naeem Imtiaz Neyamul, began in 2018, they have been stalled for various reasons. Ferdous Ahmed has acted opposite Purnima in 'Gangchil' and Arifin Shuvo in 'Jam'. However, the makers of the films have not commented on the possibility of their release so far.
All in all, it can be said that Purnima has returned to the stage of audience love once again. Be it acting or being a judge - the brilliance of her talent never fades.
