Why Bollywood veteran actress Sharmila is angry

The new generation of actors often work on sets with their own teams during shooting. Due to which the cost of the actors increases a lot. On Wednesday, veteran actress Sharmila Thakur commented that she is angry with the behavior of the actors.
Sharmila said that today's actors are very far from reality, which can be detrimental to their careers. She said, I have come to know from an artist who was shooting an advertisement that today's actors also compete on how big their makeup van is. However, she constantly keeps herself updated about Bollywood. In a recent interview, the actress commented on the increase in the remuneration of actors.
The actress said that at one time, vanity vans were used on sets for the artists to live in peace. If there was a kitchen, a meeting place, etc., the actors actually moved away from acting.
According to Sharmila, this trend increases the overall cost, so an actor also has to demand sky-high remuneration. Earlier, personalities like Anurag Kashyap, Karan Johar, Farah Khan had opened up about the immoral increase in remuneration of actors in Bollywood.
Sharmila said, when I was awarded for 'Aradhana', Nargis and Waheeda Rehman were in the audience. Kishore Kumar sang on stage. Back then, the entire entertainment world would join in the celebration. And now, at the award ceremony, someone might come late. There is a separate place for the first-rate actors. What's more, no one talks to anyone at such events! Many don't even attend unless they receive an award.
It is worth noting that veteran actress Sharmila Tagore has returned to Bollywood after almost 13 years. Last year, her performance in the web series 'Gulmohar' was praised. Her new Bengali film 'Puratan' is scheduled to be released next year.
