'CID' returns with surprise again

For the last 20 consecutive years, 1547 episodes of the popular Indian television serial 'CID' have been aired. The last episode of this series was aired on 27 October 2018.

But the good news is that this popular television series is coming back again. Why did the makers bring back 'ACP Pradyuman', 'Daya' and 'Abhijit' after 6 years? It is known that behind this series there is an unabated interest of the audience.

Recently, some glimpses of the show have been revealed to the audience by the makers of CID through social media. ACP Pradyuman is seen getting down from a police car in a state of excitement.
The classic theme music of the CID series is heard in the atmosphere of the video besides seeing ACP Pradyuman wearing a black overcoat with an umbrella in torrential rain. At the very end of the video, a gunshot is heard. Indications are clear that CID will be more action packed in this second season.

As soon as this glimpse was seen, the uproar started on social media. Someone wrote, 'Childhood is back' another wrote, 'Mercury at the peak of excitement. This glimpse evoked childhood memories.

It is known that the shooting of the new season of 'CID' will begin in November this year. Pre-production is currently underway. A source close to the show told Indian media, "The actors of the series are very happy to get this new season of CID from the producers."

Incidentally, CID started in 1998 headed by BP Singh. Shivaji Satyam played the role of ACP Pradyumnar in this serial. Dayanand Shetty played the role of Daya. At one time, several stars of serial world also emerged from this serial.

The popularity of ACP Pradyumna, Daya and Abhijeet trio is unbroken even today. This time too, Narendra Gupta, Hrishikesh Pandey, Ansha Shayed and other actors will be seen along with the trio of this series.
