Inauguration of the beautiful ‘Tea Valley Green Resort’ in Tentulia

The beautiful ‘Tea Valley Green Resort’, built in the beautiful environment of the flat tea gardens in Tentulia, Panchagarh, has been officially inaugurated. Tentulia Upazila Executive Officer Afroz Shahin Khasru inaugurated the resort by cutting the ribbon as the chief guest on Thursday (November 13) afternoon.
Will add a new dimension to the tourism industry: UNO
In his speech as the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony, UNO Afroz Shahin Khasru said,
“This is a very commendable initiative in the development of the tourism industry of Tentulia. The construction of a resort in such a beautiful environment in the middle of the tea gardens is truly spectacular. If such entrepreneurs increase, the tourism potential of Tentulia will expand further.”
He thanked the entrepreneurs and added that such initiatives will play a groundbreaking role in meeting the needs of local and far-flung tourists.
Entrepreneurs' dream - a new destination for tourism in the green heart
Shahidul Islam, one of the owners of the resort, said,
"Today our Tea Valley Green Resort was officially inaugurated. I hope it will capture everyone's attention. We have built this resort in the heart of greenery. We have big plans ahead. Everyone will pray for us and give necessary suggestions for the development of tourism."
Big dream of four young people
It is known locally that four young entrepreneurs - Soharardi, Shahidul, Russell Mahmud Roni and Fajr Ali - took the initiative to build a resort in a flat tea garden next to the Tentulia-Panchagarh National Highway in the Kalandiganj area of Shalbahan Union.
They built this beautiful resort in the middle of a tea garden surrounded by greenery at a cost of about one crore taka on more than two acres of land. Since the promotion started on social media, the resort has started attracting special attention from tourists.
Bookings in full swing before inauguration
Various tourist groups, especially biker groups, started booking the resort even before its inauguration. Local tourism officials are hoping that it will attract visitors with various entertainment activities including cultural events, forest picnics, overnight stays.
According to tourism service organizations including Tentulia Travel and Tourism and Tourism Development Association, this resort will become one of the attractions of Tentulia tourism in the future.
