Arrested with fake money in Sharsha 2

Members of Jessore (49 BGB) battalion arrested 02 smugglers with fake notes of 17 thousand rupees from Amrakhali check post in Sharsha Upazila of Jessore.
They were arrested in front of Amrakhali check post on Saturday (September 21) night based on secret information. Meanwhile, their bodies were searched and fake notes of 17,000 rupees were recovered from their pants pockets in a special way.
The arrested accused are Alamgir of Benapole Patbari village and Sabbir of the same village.
Commander of Jessore Battalion (49 BGB) Lt. Col. Saifullah Siddiqui said that during initial interrogation, they are Bangladeshi nationals and they have admitted that they are involved in counterfeit money business. Also 02 used in counterfeit business
Mobile and motorcycle seized
The accused have been handed over to Sharsha police station.
