BNP election rally in Savar's Shahibagh, calls for unity in favor of rice sheaf

A lively election rally was held in Savar's Shahibagh area in support of BNP's nominated candidate for Dhaka-19 constituency Dr. Dewan Mohammad Salauddin Babu. The spontaneous participation of local BNP and its affiliated organizations' leaders, supporters and general voters in this rally held in Ward No. 7 of Savar Municipality created a festive atmosphere throughout the area.
Former councilor Mohammad Ali Khan was present as the chief guest at the rally. In his speech, he said that for the overall development of the area, ensuring civic amenities and establishing fair rights of the people, it is the need of the hour to make the candidate with the rice sheaf symbol win. For this, he called on everyone to work unitedly, regardless of party affiliation.
Former Joint General Secretary of Dhaka District BNP Lion Khorshed Alam spoke as the main speaker. He said, in the current political context, protecting the people's voting rights and restoring democracy is very important. In order to achieve this goal, leaders and activists, as well as the general public, must play an aware and active role to ensure the victory of the paddy.
The meeting was presided over by Ward BNP President Samad Mollah and moderated by Municipal Chhatra Dal leader Taj Khan Naeem. BNP leader Yunus Khan, Citizen Club President Kamruzzaman Khan Liton, Jubo Dal leader Tajul Islam, Mashiur Rahman Mukul, Lutfar Rahman, Mizanur Rahman, Malek Member, Jubo Dal leader Nazmul Islam Rubel, Dhaka District North Chhatra Dal Joint General Secretary Faisal Ahmed Babu, Kawsar Hossain Kakon, Ashikur Rahman Nayan, Malaysia Uttar Pradesh Tamanda BNP President Md. Rubel, as well as leaders and activists at various levels of BNP and its affiliates, were present as special guests.
The speakers in their speeches said that in the upcoming elections, Dr. Dewan Mohammad Salauddin called for strengthening mass communication on behalf of Babu and sought the support of the voters of the area. After the meeting, the leaders and activists exchanged greetings with the local people and participated in mass communication activities by going door to door, which further energized the election activities in the entire area.
