'Hasina should be tried in the international court as a defendant for genocide'

Professor Maulana Abu Taleb Mondal, Ameer of Pabna District Jamaat, said, 'Hasina has killed people, disappeared and made a mirror house since 2006 till August 5, 2024. He said Hasina does not run away. But shamefully he left all the activists and ran away. Hasina should be tried in Bangladesh as the accused of ordering all the murders. Hasina is responsible for all these misdeeds. Hasina has to answer this. He should be tried under the law in that international court.'

He said these things while addressing the chief guest at a discussion meeting and prayer meeting on the occasion of Paltan Tragedy Day at Santhia in Pabna on Thursday (October 31) afternoon.

Jamaat-e-Islami Bhulbaria Union branch organized this event at Devipur Tebaria College ground of upazila. On 28 October 2006 to commemorate the Paishachik Paltan killing day and to protest against the hellish killings and 2024 genocide, a rally, discussion meeting and prayer meeting were organized.

Amir Abu Taleb Mandal of Pabna District Jamaat also said in his speech, "Many of our brothers have been hanged by forming the International Crime Tribunal. Even after so much torture, he could not make Jamaat-e-Islami leader void. In the end, he thought that Jamaat-e-Islami had been banned. But it has increased day by day. Now the manpower has increased a lot. Jamaat-e-Islami is founded on an ideology. Jamaat-e-Islami cannot be eliminated.

Taleb Mandal said. Those who banned Jamaat-e-Islami on August 1. After four days they were banned from the people of this country. They smoke Jamaat-e-Islami a terrorist fundamentalist group. Tried to be identified as a communal group. This time too there was speculation that the temple would be demolished during Durga Puja. However, the Awami League did all the destruction of Hindu temples, land grabbing and extortion. Not a single worker of Jamaat-e-Islami went to break anyone's house. No one's house was set on fire, no temple was destroyed. Jamaat-e-Islami is not a terrorist group, Awami League is a terrorist group.
