Fakhrul went to hospital to see Khaleda Zia – Rizvi

Party Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir visited BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia in hospital.
Mirza went to Fakhrul Islam Hospital around 12 noon today and inquired about Khaleda Zia's health.
Before him, senior joint general secretary of the party Ruhul Kabir Rizvi visited the BNP leader in the hospital.
Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP Chairperson's press wing, told Prothom Alo this information.
Khaleda Zia was taken to the capital's private Evercare Hospital around 4:20 am on Monday.
BNP Chairperson's personal physician A Z M Zahid Hossain told Prothom Alo today around 12:15 pm that Khaleda Zia has been kept under close observation after being admitted to the hospital due to sudden illness. The former prime minister is receiving round-the-clock treatment in a cabin with CCU facilities.
Doctor Zahid Hossain said that Khaleda Zia suddenly fell ill due to heart problems. That is why he was rushed to the hospital early in the morning on the advice of the medical board.
Khaleda Zia returned to Gulshan home on July 2 after being under treatment for 10 days in the hospital a few weeks ago. A pacemaker was implanted in his heart at Evercare Hospital on June 25.
79-year-old Khaleda Zia is suffering from various complications including arthritis, heart disease, lung, liver, kidney, diabetes.
