Railway call center was launched

Bangladesh Railway has launched a call center to provide any train related information, service and assistance to the passengers. Passengers will get this facility by calling a unique three digit number.
Tuesday (September 10) Bangladesh Railway Director (Public Relations) Md. Nahid Hasan Khan informed the matter.
Nahid Hasan Khan said that Bangladesh Railway's own call center has been launched from today (September 10). Passengers can call 131 from any number for railway related information, services and assistance.
Your valuable suggestions regarding call center as a new service will help the railways to run this service more smoothly.
