Siratunnabi (PBUH) Mahfil 2025 held in Sitakunda

Siratunnabi (PBUH) Mahfil 2025 was held in Sitakunda, Chittagong. The Mahfil started with the recitation of the Holy Quran at the Sitakunda Government High School grounds at 3 pm on Friday (November 7) after Jumma. The program was organized by the Siratunnabi (PBUH) Mahfil Implementation Committee of Sitakunda Upazila.

Hazrat Ul Allama Syed Anwar Hossain Taher Jaberi Al Madani, member of the Board of Governors of Islamic Foundation Bangladesh and Khatib of Chattogram Andarkilla Shahi Jame Mosque, Awlad-e-Rasul (PBUH), gave the interpretation as the chief mufassir. Former MP Alhaj Shahjahan Chowdhury was present as the chief guest. The special guests were IIUM and UM, Faculty Member of Malaysia, Manarat International University, Dhaka Shariah Consultant and Da-e Dr. Hussain Shahin Azhari, Professor of Chittagong International Islamic University Dr. Maulana Ali Hossain and local Ulama-e-Karam. Prominent Islamic thinkers, educationists and social workers were also present.

The speakers presented educational messages in the light of the life and Seerat of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). In their speeches, it was said that the Prophet was the messenger of liberation and welfare of humanity, truthful, trustworthy, just and kind. His life is a source of guidance in every aspect of human life, which is acceptable as an ideal for all.

The Mahfil has been considered an important initiative to spread the character and moral teachings of the Prophet in the society through religious and educational discussions.
