The court has directed the Uttara West Police Station to accept the application filed against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the case of disappearance of five people.

The court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Farzana Shakila Sumu Chowdhury gave this order on Wednesday, August 14. Earlier, the victim lawyer said. Sohel Rana appealed the case to the court. Meanwhile, the court recorded his statement.
Former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan, former Law Minister Anisul Haque, former IGP Shahidul Haque, former IGP Benazir Ahmed and 25 unknown members have been accused in this case.

According to the complaint, Sohail Rana was staying with his friend Ashraful Islam Rinku in front of Smile Gallery on Road No. 1, Sector No. 5, Uttara on February 10, 2015. Around 8:30 pm to 8:30 pm, a person comes with a smart device and asks for identification. He introduced. Later, two of them were picked up in a car as they had an urgent matter. Two men dressed as robbers and 10/11 other gunmen were seen in the car. They were blindfolded as the car pulled up. Handshakes are taught. Sohail starts giving electric shocks to Rana in the car. After two hours 3/4 people came and started beating him by hanging. He lost consciousness. When he regained consciousness, he was tortured again. He wants to know whether the election commission was set on fire or not. He was again shocked and threatened to kill. On June 6, I took some people with him to an unknown place at a distance of 7 to 8 hours. He was released around 3 to 4 am on August 13. He was threatened to quit politics. His hands and eyes were still tied. Later he came to know from people that he is in Godagari in Rajshahi. The plaintiff was freed and found out that the other accused were carrying out kidnappings and extrajudicial killings in the name of Gumer to establish a dictatorial and autocratic regime in the country at the behest of Sheikh Hasina and he himself was a victim of persecution.
