Resignation decision of 5 judges of Appellate Division

5 judges of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court have decided to resign. All of them will submit their resignations to the President by today.
The 5 judges of the Appellate Division who resigned are Justice M Inayetur Rahim, Justice Abu Zafar Siddiqui, Justice Jahangir Hossain, Justice Md. Shahinur Islam and Justice Kashefa Hossain. However, the judge of the Appellate Division. Ashfaqul Islam will not resign.
Meanwhile, it has been reported from the Law Ministry that Chief Justice Obaidul Hasan has resigned.
