Amid ongoing tensions with the United States, Iran has unveiled its secret missile tunnels under the sea. The country claims that these tunnels contain hundreds of cruise missiles, which can be used immediately if necessary. Iran has warned that if they are attacked, the vital Strait of Hormuz will no longer be safe.

Iranian state television released a video of the underwater missile tunnel on Wednesday (January 28). The video shows Alireza Tangsiri, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' naval wing, inside the tunnel. Several missiles are also displayed there, ready for launch.

Naval Commander Alireza said that Iran has an extensive underwater missile network in the Gulf and the Sea of Oman. The missiles in these tunnels are capable of hitting targets up to 1,000 kilometers away, and the ‘Kader 380L’ missile uses smart technology to track targets until they are hit.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has threatened a bigger attack on Iran than ever before. In a message on the social media platform Truth Social, he said that Iran must refrain from developing nuclear weapons and could face a major military operation if it does not come to an agreement.
