The Shia-Sunni divide is not a new issue in the history of the Muslim world. Shia, Sunni or Wahhabi - these identities have been associated with political and geographical realities throughout the ages. However, the core teachings of Islam are never limited to these divisions. A Muslim is a person who obeys the orders of Allah alone and prostrates to Allah alone. In light of this fundamental truth, the most discussed and influential leader in current world politics is Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

Born on July 17, 1939 in Mashhad, Iran, Khamenei was interested in religious education and Islamic knowledge since childhood. Later, he became known as a scholar, thinker, writer and poet. During the Islamic Revolution, he played an important role as a close associate of Imam Khomeini. He served as president from 1981 to 1989 and was elected Supreme Leader in 1989. From there to this day, he has been at the center of Iran's political, military, and ideological leadership.

One of the characteristics of Ayatollah Khamenei's leadership is his strong stance against oppression, aggression, and Western domination. His clear stance, especially on the Palestinian issue, is considered a strong message to the Muslim world. Very few countries in world history have been able to take a direct stance against Israel, but Iran has shown that courage under Khamenei's leadership. The way Iran has resisted Israel in the 12-day conflict is not just a military fight; it is a symbolic resistance against a hegemonic power.

The attack on a large US military base in Qatar is unprecedented. The US was informed in advance of the attack, but despite having the world's most powerful missile defense system, they were unable to prevent it. Analysts believe that this is why the US and Israel are unable to take unilateral action against Iran today, even if they come together. Unable to dare to go to war directly, they are now trying to weaken Iran's foundation through economic pressure, seduction, and information warfare.

In the eyes of many Muslims, Khamenei is a reflection of the steadfastness of Omar (RA) and the sense of justice of Ali (RA). He rose above Shia-Sunni and spoke for oppressed Muslims. His stance towards oppressed people in different parts of the world, including Palestine and Yemen, has made him the voice and symbol of self-respect of the Muslim world. Today, he is not just the statesman of Iran; he is an ideal, a message, and a symbol of courage. That message is - to be uncompromising on issues of faith, justice, and self-respect. For this reason, the voices of millions of people are being spoken - we love Khamenei.
