The United Nations has always condemned Israel for obstructing the entry and distribution of aid to the Palestinian territories.
On Sunday, the day the ceasefire came into effect, 630 trucks carrying aid entered Gaza.
Incidentally, the much-awaited ceasefire in the besieged Palestinian territory of Gaza came into effect last Sunday after a 15-month-long invasion. Qatar, Egypt and the United States mediated the ceasefire talks. According to the agreement, 600 trucks of aid are expected to enter Gaza every day.
