Singer Zubin Garg passes away after tragic death before concert

Popular Indian singer Zubin Garg has died. He died in a horrific scuba diving accident in Singapore on Friday. According to local media, India Today reported that after the accident, Singapore police rescued him from the sea and rushed him to a nearby hospital. Even though he was kept in the intensive care unit, the doctors could not save him. He was 52 years old.
Zubin, a popular singer from Assam, had gone to Singapore to participate in the North-East Festival. He was supposed to perform at the event today. But the sudden news of his death has shocked the whole of India.
Zubin Garg was not just a singer, he was a composer, actor and cultural spokesperson for North-East India. His fans and fellow artists across the country are expressing their condolences. Social media is filled with respect and condolences.
Born on November 18, 1972, Zubin was a singer, music director, composer, lyricist, music producer, actor and film director. Zubin's life took a turn after he won the gold medal in Western solo performance at the Jubo Mahotsav held in 1992. Zubin entered the professional music world with the release of the Assamese album 'Anamika' in 1992. In 2006, Zubin gained widespread popularity by lending his voice to the song 'Ya Ali' from Anurag Basu's film 'Gangster'.
