Popstar Michael Jackson is coming back next April!

The much-awaited film 'Michael', based on the life of the late music legend Michael Jackson, is set to be released on April 24, 2026. The film will be shown simultaneously in regular cinemas and IMAX around the world. Lionsgate will distribute it in the United States, and Universal Pictures is in charge of the rest of the world. Kino Films is distributing it only in Japan.

Directed by Antoine Fuqua, the film is written by John Logan. Michael is played by his nephew Jafar Jackson. Oscar-winner Graham King is the producer. This film, with a budget of about $ 155 million, is not only the story of Michael's musical life, but also the story of his unique journey from an ordinary teenager to becoming the world-famous 'King of Pop'.
