Reception Honoring Kazi Obaidur Rahman for Being Selected as the Best Principal of Madaripur District

On the occasion of National Education Week–2026, Kazi Obaidur Rahman, Principal of Madra High School and College, has been honored for being selected as the Best Principal of Madaripur District. A simple yet joyful reception ceremony was held on Thursday (January 15) in the premises of Madra High School and College to mark the occasion.
During the event, teachers, students, and members of the institutional council warmly congratulated him by presenting floral bouquets and a commemorative crest. The atmosphere of the program was filled with appreciation and pride as participants acknowledged his outstanding contribution to the field of education.
It was learned that as part of the observance of World Teachers’ Day–2026 and the selection of distinguished principals, a rigorous evaluation process was conducted at the district level. Following verification and assessment at the Madaripur District Office, Kazi Obaidur Rahman was officially selected as the Best Distinguished Principal for his leadership qualities, academic excellence, and continuous efforts to improve educational standards.
Speakers at the ceremony stated that under Kazi Obaidur Rahman’s capable leadership, Madra High School and College has transformed into an ideal educational institution. His dedication to quality education, good governance, and student-friendly administration has set an example for others. They expressed hope that this recognition would further inspire progress and excellence in the institution’s academic activities.
Expressing his gratitude, Principal Kazi Obaidur Rahman said that the honor does not belong to him alone; rather, it is the collective achievement of the teachers, students, officers, staff members, and guardians of Madra High School and College. He reaffirmed his commitment to continue working with honesty, sincerity, and dedication to further enhance the quality of education in the future.
Among those present at the ceremony were founding member of Madra High School and College Md. Abdus Salam, prominent education enthusiast Azgar Ali Chokdar, donor member Anwar Hossain Molla, managing committee member Ahsan Habib, along with teachers, students, staff, guardians, and local dignitaries.
