Scholarship Festival organized by Moral Parenting Trust at IBU: 60 students receive financial assistance

A scholarship festival was organized by the social, voluntary and non-political organization Moral Parenting Trust EB branch at the Islamic University (IBU). The program was held at the Rabindra-Nazrul Academic Building of the university at 2 pm on Sunday (October 19) with the theme “With the Conviction to build a Moral society”.

More than 60 students were awarded scholarships at the festival. The organization’s campus guardians were Professor Dr. Dhananjoy Kumar of the Department of Management, Professor Dr. Shahadat Hossain Azad of the Department of English, Associate Professor Pradeep Kumar Adhikari and Assistant Professor Zafar Ali of the Department of Accounting and Information Systems.

The organization's campus representative Mishuk Shahriar said, "Moral Parenting Trust is a social, non-political and voluntary organization. It provides financial assistance to indomitable, indigent and talented students in various universities of the country. It is also working to build a beautiful and prosperous Bangladesh, including self-development of students, personal skill development, environmental protection, tree plantation, medical advice and building a moral society."

Campus Guardian Professor Dr. Dhananjoy Kumar said, "I wish the maximum presence of Moral Children in these programs. We will be respectful to those who give us scholarships and will respect their commitment. Students will use the money from this scholarship for their own development."

It is worth noting that the Moral Parenting Trust regularly organizes various programs including free medical advice, Sablambi Project, 100 Book Reading Festival, basic computer course, computer programming, research, study abroad and IELTS in addition to the scholarship festival.
