Jaima Rahman passes Bar Council MCQ exam

Jaima Rahman has passed the first stage MCQ exam of Bangladesh Bar Council's lawyer enrollment.
The results published on the Bar Council's website on Friday (June 12) night show that a total of 9,201 candidates have passed this stage. Jaima Rahman's name is among them.
She also confirmed her success in the exam on her verified Facebook account. In a post, she said that she took the exam with the aim of joining the legal profession and by the grace of God, she was able to successfully complete the first stage.
It is learned that she took the exam at the BAF Shaheen College Center in the capital. A total of 37,080 candidates participated in the exam.
The Bar Council's lawyer enrollment process is completed in three stages - first the MCQ, then the written and finally the oral exam. If the candidates pass the three stages successfully, they get a certificate as a lawyer and get the opportunity to practice in the lower courts.
Bar Council authorities said that candidates who pass will be able to participate in the next stage of the exam.
