Second founding anniversary of Daily Sakaler Bani celebrated in Tentulia

The second founding anniversary of the popular Daily Sakaler Bani published from Rangpur was celebrated in Tentulia, Panchagarh.
The day was celebrated by cutting a cake at the office premises of Tentulia Press Club on Saturday (November 9) morning. Local journalists, political leaders, representatives of various social organizations and media workers were present at the event.
Tentulia Upazila BNP President Shahadat Hossain Ranju was present as the chief guest at the event.
Tentulia Upazila Jubo Dal President Delwar Hossain, BNP Organizing Secretary Abu Sayed Mia, Tentulia Tati Dal President Tajuddin Ahmed, Matsyajibi Dal President Asiq Iqbal, Chhatra Dal Member Secretary Abu Bakkar Siddique and BNP Ulama Dal President and former President of Tentulia Press Club Sohbar Ali were present as special guests.
Besides, the Press Club General Secretary Abdul Razzak, senior journalist and Daily Bangla correspondent Khademul Islam, Daily Nowroz correspondent Hafizur Rahman, Daily Ameer Soomi correspondent, Daily Kalbela correspondent Mobarak Hossain, Channel S correspondent Ahsan Habib, Daily Sakaler Bani correspondent Julhas Uddin, Daily Matprakash correspondent Mizanur Rahman Mintu and Daily Amar Sangbad correspondent Rabiul Islam Ratan along with local news workers were present at the event.
The speakers at the discussion meeting said, “By publishing truthful, fair and objective news, Daily Sakaler Bani has gained the trust and love of the readers in a short time. We believe that the newspaper will maintain the continuity of responsible journalism in the future as well.”
The speakers also said, “Such a positive media plays an important role in reflecting justice, honesty and public opinion in the society. Therefore, it is everyone’s best wishes that Sakaler Bani continues to move forward.”
Finally, the guests and journalists present cut a cake and wished for the success and long progress of Daily Sakaler Bani.
