General students of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman University of Science and Technology (Bashemurbiprobi) of Gopalganj staged a protest against the brutal attack of Chhatra League on students in various universities across the country.
The students marched peacefully without any untoward incident.
On Tuesday (July 16) at 3:30 pm, students started gathering in the university premises and at one point started a protest march. The protest procession circled various important points of the campus and took a stand at Jai Bangla Chattar.

During the protest procession, Bashemurbiprabi Proctoral Body, Teachers' Association leaders and general teachers took a stand so that no untoward incident takes place. The teachers started giving messages to the students about this from the beginning. Meanwhile, Bashemurbiprobi Chhatra League also took a peaceful stand.

After the protest march, the students gathered at Joy Bangla Chatwar and said that they are protesting against the brutal attack by Chhatra League in DU, Jabi and Chabi on behalf of Bashemurbiprobi anti-discrimination movement. In the future, the student society will take a stronger stand against terrorists.

The students also said that our movement is a spontaneous movement. In the coming days, the program that will be given by the central student anti-discrimination movement will be implemented. At the end of the protest movement, the students were seen leaving the place of the movement peacefully.
