Human chain in Bhajanpur demanding removal of principal

Local residents have formed a human chain and protest march demanding the cancellation of illegal recruitment and removal of Bhajanpur Nagar Technical and BM College Principal Abu Sufian in Panchagarh.
They held this human chain and protest rally in the field of Bhajanpur Nagar Technical and BM College in Tentulia upazila of the district on Monday (May 5) afternoon.
At this time, the speakers of the human chain and rally said that the principal of this college, Abu Sufian, has been committing irregularities and corruption for a long time. He is also withdrawing salary allowances regularly without attending the college regularly. In addition, he fraudulently appointed 5 teachers including his wife in the college in exchange for a large sum of money, without respecting the rules. However, they allege that the appointment of those 5 teachers is illegal and they never came to the college.
In addition, the landowners protested that they had not received any compensation or land value even after 21 years of providing land for the construction of the college. They also demanded the removal of the college principal and a fair investigation into his irregularities and corruption and his trial.
Prominent businessman and social worker Hamidul Hasan Labu, school teachers Abdur Rashid, Taskin Pintu, local dignitaries and people from various professions were present in the human chain at that time.
