Human chain of teachers demanding MPO membership in Kurigram

A human chain was held in Kurigram demanding MPO membership of 3,500 teachers appointed in honors-masters department in private colleges.
President Hamidul Islam, General Secretary Ashrafuzzaman Sumon, etc., spoke in front of the Kurigram Press Club in front of the Kurigram Press Club.
The speakers said that 3500 teachers of the Honors-Masters department have been appointed according to the rules and have been conducting the education program for a long time. But till now, these teachers are living an inhumane life with their families as they have not joined the MPO. In this situation, they demanded MPO membership by the special order of the chief advisor of the interim government. They also condemned the sudden attack by the police on the peaceful program of the teachers demanding MPO membership in front of the Dhaka Education Building. The teachers of different honors-masters colleges of the district participated in the human bonding.
