England to bat after winning the toss in the series opener!

England will face India in the second ODI of the series at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack on Sunday. The English will have to win today's match to stay in the series. Therefore, captain Jos Buttler has won the toss and decided to bat.

England did not get any attention from India in the first ODI. India won by 4 wickets with 68 balls in hand without Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah. The hosts are leading the series 1-0.

After losing the T20 series 4-1, England is on the back foot in the ODI series as well. If they lose today's match, India will win the series with one match in hand. Therefore, the English will have to take the field today with bat desperately.
