The most talked about scoreline of the World Cup is 7-1. Germany scored seven goals against the hosts in the World Cup semi-final at Brazil's home stadium, Belo Horizonte. Bangladesh girls brought forward the discussed scoreline again. Sabina Khatun-Tahura Akhtar scored 7 goals against Bhutan girls in the first semi-final of SAFF Championship in Nepal. On the contrary, he digested one goal.
After a 7-1 victory, the girls of Bangladesh once again entered the final of the women's saf. In the entire match, Bangladesh turned the stick on the girls of Bhutan. Tahura got a hat trick. Two goals came from captain Sabina's legs. One goal each by Ritupartha and Masura Parveen.

However, Bangladesh wrote the epitaph of the match in the first half. Sabina Khatun's team, which was ahead in strength, had a goal celebration in the first 45 minutes. They did not have to wait long to take the first lead. In the seventh minute, Rituparna Chakma took a powerful shot from outside the D box after receiving a pass from Tahura Khatun. Bangladesh's flood of goals started from there.
Tahura doubled Bangladesh's lead in 15 minutes. Of course, Bhutan was responsible for that. He took advantage of defenders failing to clear the ball. Tahura hits the target with a left-footed shot from just in front of the D box. Later, Bhutan had a chance to reduce the gap in the 18th minute. Although the goal was empty for a while, Bhutan's Deki Lajan shot the ball out with a long shot.
Bangladesh captain Sabina Khatun missed an easy chance in the 24th minute. Monika Chakma snatched the ball from her opponent after her shot bounced off the goal post. Receiving his pass, Sabina took a shot from distance. He got the desired goal within a minute of being disappointed. Bangladesh took the lead 3-0.
Tahura scored his second goal of the match in the 35th minute. He took a shot from outside the D box after beating one of the Bhutanese. Tahura's stunning shot gave Bangladesh a 4-goal lead. In the 37th minute, Sabina was hurt again. This time, the Bangladesh captain moved forward with the ball raised by the goalkeeper Rupana from the midfield. Entering the box, he beat the goalkeeper and put the ball into the net from the right side.
In 42 minutes, the girls of Bhutan paid back a goal. Rupana failed to block the shot taken by Deki Lajon. Bangladesh went into the break with a 5-1 goal lead.
After the break, the impression of slowness in Bangladesh's game was evident. Retaining their fitness for the finals and playing under the scorching Nepalese sun did not see much pressing or aggressive attacks. Meanwhile, Tahura completed his hat-trick by getting the ball from Monika Chakma's chip shot in the 57th minute.
And defender Masura Parveen scored the seventh goal for Bangladesh. This defender, who is in great form in the current season, scored a goal from the corner. After that, Bangladesh created pressure several times but failed to score a goal. This semi-final match ended with a 7-1 victory.
